The main beam is the main bearing parts of the crane, its structure is composed of U-shaped groove, inclined cover plate, rib plate and I-steel plate, its upper arc is (1/1000 ~ 1.4/1000)S, when the rated lifting weight and hoist weight is located in the span, caused by the inclination is not lower than the horizontal line, no permanent deformation during normal operation.

3. Electric Wirerope Hoist
Electric wire rope hoist is a type of lifting equipment used to hoist heavy loads and it is use on the single girder overhead crane for up and down lifting. It consists of a motor, rope drum, gearbox, wire rope, and lifting hook. The motor drives the rope drum through a gearbox, and the wire rope is wound around the drum. 5. Crane wheel
The high quality wheel set is made of 45# steel die forging, roughing, conditioning and finishing. The hardness of heat treatment is HB305 ~ 385, and the hardness of hardening layer at 18mm depth is not less than HB250. The wheel shaft is made of 45# steel, which is roughed, tempered and finished. The hardness of heat treatment is 250 ~ 280HB.
